Masindi Municipal Council is one of the key urban administrative units in the Bunyoro sub-region, located in Masindi District in western Uganda. The municipality serves as an important commercial and administrative hub, contributing significantly to regional growth and service delivery.

Masindi Municipal Council is composed of several divisions, each playing a vital role in local governance and community development. These divisions work together under the framework of the Local Governments Act of 1997 to ensure effective service delivery, infrastructure development, and socio-economic transformation for all residents.

The municipality is committed to promoting transparency, citizen participation, and inclusive development, in line with national policies and regulations governing local governments in Uganda.
